Co-Owner of Ice Rink Arrested on Molestation Charge

The co-owner of a popular Newark, DE ice rink was recently arrested. Scott Bicking has been accused by two young boys of inappropriate contact. A criminal investigation is still under way. Individuals who pray on children often seek avenues such as youth organizations (sports, religious groups) to gain access to children.
