Jacobs & Crumplar, P.A. Lawyers Recognized by Delaware Today Magazine

The legal team at Jacobs & Crumplar, P.A. is proud to announce that two of our attorneys have been named on Delaware Today’s 2021 Top Lawyers list. The publication honors attorneys from the state in multiple practice areas. The members of our legal team who have been recognized include Patrick C. Gallagher for employment law for employees and Nicole M. Evans for Worker’s Compensation for the employee.

Those selected to the 2021 list are nominated by their fellow lawyers who also practice in Delaware. Only lawyers barred in the state may vote, as clients, paralegals, and other legal professionals are prohibited from voting. The magazine publishes the list on an annual basis.

Patrick graduated magna cum laude from Elon University and cum laude from Wake Forest University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Delaware and West Virginia. In addition to employment law, his other practice areas include personal injury, medical malpractice, and civil rights. He has served on the Board for the Kent County Bar Association, the Executive Committee of the Delaware State Bar Association, as an associate member of the Delaware Supreme Court’s Board of Bar Examiners, and as a statewide co-chair for the Delaware Combined Campaign for Justice.

Nicole graduated summa cum laude from Salisbury University. She then graduated from Villanova University School of Law. Nicole’s practice areas include personal injury and Workers’ Compensation. During her time at law school, she helped raise funds to create a new building, which is now called Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Delaware, and she is a member of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association.
